Terrible One Barcode

I ordered a new frame yesterday. I'm pretty stoked. Hopefully il be riding it by the end of fall break.

This is also a shitty week for school. I have an online quiz tonight, and a crap load of math to do before my math test tomorrow and then an ergonomic test thursday. Also an outline for a huge training manual on wednesday.

Hopefully some haunted fun this fall break. Well see.

Till next time,
Steve

STB Over

Woke up today at 5:20 in the morning to help set up for smash the butt. It is a rainy day and generally considered crappy but a ton of people showed up. All in all 166 people ran/walked in the race and around 30 others volunteered. It was a great time and I hope everyone enjoyed it.

On a side note i can not get this song out of my head. The Anniversary- All Things Ordinary.
Watch the video.... at

bum knees...

I wake up this morning thinking its going to be such a shitty day. I had checked the weather yesterday and thought it was going to be rainy all day. Well I wake up, look out my window, and see blue skies. I was pretty pumped because I have been riding on thursdays lately, because it one of the only days of the week i get to.
I go off to class optimistic that in acouple more hours ill be able to go ride the skatepark, which isn't even that good. As the day goes on the sky gets darker and it gets colder.

Eager to ride I call my friend who tells me his friend is putting together his bike. So I hang around student programs for like an hour, grab a turkey hill iced tea with my friend, and eventually get home in time to go out on the bike. We meet up and go to a shitty bank spot, which we get kicked out of, and that kinda kills the rest of the session. My knee feels terrible from falling on a bank to wallride gone wrong the other night. We go on to ride the local high school and a ledge that is usually fun. Nothing goes down and we both leave the session disappointed in what could have been.

I have to finish up a chemistry project and go to a meeting tonight. Not so pumped on either of that but oh well. Tomorrow should be good as I should be visiting a beautiful place called sonic and another store named target. Hopefully its nice this weekend.

Smash the Butt

Smash the Butt is a 5k walk/run race sponsored by the Peer Health Educators and SWAT @ Millersville University.

The race is set to go off on this upcoming Saturday at 9 oclock. Pre registration is over but you can still register on sight at 8 am- 8:45. You get a free shirt while supplies still last.

Top male and female finishers win $100. There will also be door prizes.

The race tries to spread awareness and raise money for efforts to help those who are trying to quit smoking.

The reason why this is important to me is because I am a peer health educator and on the committee that helped SWAT plan this great event. We have over  a 100 people pre registered and tons of people volunteering to make this a success. It is looking like it should be a great day. So if you in the area, (of Millersville) come race, or just check it out and hang out.
