in other news our phe volleyball team had 2 games tonight. we lost our first one and won our second one. i was pretty pumped. i thought i was getting the hang out if buy the end of it. so thats good. we also are rocken the smash the butt shirt while playing

today slacked pretty hard on all ends. it was beautiful out and yet i sat inside for like 5 hours.

tonight on the other hand was good. watched the flyers lose, which stinks but it was good to see them almost come back and take the win. then went riding with adam. got some stuff done. im pretty stoked. well see what tomorrow brings

Today looked promising. it was supposed to be nice out go do some riding. well all riding brought was sore backs haha. I went to the skatepark with rick and saw brendon and his roomate their.  I fell on 2 pretty standard 180's and didnt really feel like riding after that. On top of that i was wearing my fav pair of jeans which had alittle hole from wear in them near the crotch region. Needless to say the little hole is much bigger now. shit sucks haha

oh well, movie tonight.... should be good

Get well Aitken

Mike Aitken, a pro rider went down filming for the highly anticipated new Anthem video by Stew Johnston. Apparently he over rotated on a 360 at the infamous Posh trails in PA. He is one of those riders that influence everyone that has watched his riding. He is so smooth and so good at all aspects of BMX. He hit his head pretty bad and is currently being watched by doctors. He doesn't have health insurance, because apparently he couldn't. Anyways if you want to help visit vital bmx webpage and they have a donation thing set up. Get well soon.

THURSDAY

tomorrow is the last day before fall break. im pretty excited. only thing left to do is do acouple phe programs  today and go to class and work tomorrow then im off to home. 

it is so nice out today i wish i could ride :( but work commitments are making it look like thats not going to happen.

my new frame should be arriving at my parents house today so thats exciting.

im also excited to go on some haunted fun with shannon during break
